Michael Sorbonne Robinson, Sr.

     No newcomer to writing, Michael started penning essays and poems as far back as grade school. He was a columnist for his university newspaper, worked as an advertising copywriter,  served as an Army asssistant public information officer during the early years of the Viet Nam war, and currently writes a weekly opinion column.  He is a recipient of the 2019 Utah Journalism award, and has received national aclaim for his western poetry.

     Michael Sorbonne Robinson, Sr. did his graduate and postgraduate university studies in Journalism. Although he founded and managed a successful medical device company, writing has always been his greatest love. He is the father of five grown children and one mongrel dog, and resides with his wife Carol in Utah.
